However, if you are not satisfied with what you have purchased and you want to get in touch with us, please click on “Contact us” and then select “Customer care” from the list, within 30 days of making your purchase. (Please note that we cannot entertain claims for purchases older than 30 calendar days).
3. Your e-mail must include your shopping cart id and the reasons for your concern (e.g. pdf/zip report file was damaged during download). Please note that we will not be able to help you without your shopping cart-id.
4. We will endeavour to respond to your e-mail within 2 working days from its receipt.
5. We keep track of report access and refunds cannot be offered for reports which have been viewed or downloaded. If you require further information about our reports before purchase, please click on “Contact us” and then select “Visitor enquiry” from the list.
6. Please note that any refunds processed by ScottishHousePrices.com will be subject to an administration fee of £1.25 or 10% of the total purchase price (whichever is greater) per single transaction.
